Q: May I have an exclusive design for my company?
A. Absolutely! Our focus is on setting your company apart from your competition. In addition to your exclusive design, we offer to “brand” your gift with customized logo ribbon for instant name recognition. With our ability to create logo labels, we can private label items exclusively for your client gifts.
Q: May I include promotional imprinted items?
A. Yes. There is no additional charge for us to include your pens, notepads, mugs, etc. in our baskets. If you do not yet have any, we can order them for you.
Q: Can you accommodate special dietary needs?
A. Yes. We carry a full line of kosher, gluten-free, low carb and healthy choices year round. Most of our foods are trans fat free. Additionally, if food is just not appropriate we offer spa baskets (with an array of items for woman AND men), games, books, DVD’s, puzzles and toys.
Q: How are my gifts sent?
A. To underscore our personalized service, local gifts are hand delivered by courier.
- Courier delivery is available for all of NJ.
- Zip codes included for courier delivery in PA are: 189**, 190**, 191**, 193** and 194**
- Zip codes included for courier delivery in DE are: 197**, 198**, and 199**.
- We ship anywhere else in the continental US via UPS ground. If needed, we can arrange for expedited shipping and would be pleased to provide you with a quote.
Q: How much is the hand delivered courier service?
A. The fees for hand delivered courier service are as follows: $13 per gift up to $99.99, $15 per gift up from $100 to $199.99, $20 for gifts over $200.
Q: When will my gift arrive?
A. For orders placed by noon, we make every effort to have your gift ready for next day shipping or delivery. Same day delivery can be arranged for Mt. Laurel and surrounding towns. This does require advance confirmation and delivery charges increase. Please call us to confirm the specifics (609-714-3366). For expedited UPS shipping, charges and quotes will be provided upon request.
