Do you know the BIGGEST cause of stress in marriages? And how does that POSSIBLY relate to employee satisfaction???

Today someone told me that the #1 cause of domestic stress is sharing a bathroom.  If that’s the case, then everyone in the workplace has to be stressed ALL of the time out of necessity.  (Unless the corner offices have private bathrooms, of course.)

It doesn’t take much to get rid of that stress though and that’s where we come in.  Let me tell you about the large law firm that purchased a mammoth new phone system that was going to make life “difficult” (yes, that’s the understatement of the year) for all of the support staff.  They called us for a gift idea… and on the Monday of the install every single staff member had a small, solid chocolate telephone on their desk with a note thanking them for their patience.

Or how about the company that was working everyone really hard on a large project with extra duties, hours, etc. and wanted to recognize their efforts?  They called with a specific budget and we were able to have bags of treats on each desk for the Monday after the first day of spring.  The note?  “Hope these treats put a “Spring” in your step.  Thanks for all of your help!”

It’s the Season of Vacations.  I’m guessing that you want your employees to return refreshed, reinvigorated and WANTING to be at their desks.  If you suspect that you have a morale “issue” (and we all know that “issues” aer never good!), give us a call.  We’ll work with your budget and focus on the best way to keep everyone in good spirits.

As a rule, it’s the thought and recognition that matters.  Call us and we’ll take the stress away for your employees.  It’s WAAAAAAAY easier than adding all those bathrooms or replacing all of the staff!
